All of the below are pedigreed holland lops. If sold as pet you will not receive a pedigree for registration. If purchased as show the bunny will go home with an ear tattoo and 4 generation pedigree for ARBA registration.(If pet only then the color or quality cannot be shown but still make wonderful pets)

 

I do put what I believe each rabbits gender to be but PLEASE be aware that the gender I place on here is to the best of my knowledge accurate but i cannot give a 100% guarantee until 6 months of age

 

All  SHOW quality rabbits sold from our Rabbitry sold with pedigree are Ear Tattooed before leaving the premises

Any rabbit sold without disqualifications as a pet at pet price will not have an ear tattoo unless requested

 you can purchase the  pedigree within 6 months of purchase date for difference in purchase and show price if rabbit is ear tattooed prior to leaving my rabbitry (Rabbit must be brought back for ear mark verification before pedigree is issued)

 

 

show quality denotes that the rabbit is Lacking disqualifying features and as far as coloring,teeth,and nail color can be shown. We do breed for the best quality possible but as with showing any animal it is up to the purchaser to get the rabbit into proper condition and trained to pose. Being show quality "does not Denote" a garantee that the animal will win at shows since there are many factors involved. It is upto the purchaser to make sure they are happy with the quality of the animal before paying for and picking up the animal

 

Ear Tattoos are not to be tampered with. All rabbits sold with pedigree are to hold the "Work of Art" prefix on the pedigree and registration papers to show original breeder as this allows people in the future to trace the origins of the rabbit or for future customers to understand where they can purchase a rabbit ass well.

 

 

 

 

SALES POLICY **MUST READ BEFORE BUYING

 

 

***RABBITS ARE SOLD ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS!!!

You MUST be 18 years of age to purchase rabbits from the rabbitry.   If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent permission to purchase a rabbit.  I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone, for any reason at any time.  If I cancel a sale, your deposit will be refunded. 

Rabbits can be placed on hold with a 50% non refundable deposit put down in advance and they must be picked up at 8 weeks old unless plans are made at time of deposit. If anything should happen to the rabbit you place a deposit on, when still in my care within the 8 weeks I will give a 100% refund of the deposit or a replacement of same value. 

 If the bunny has not been picked up by 8 weeks old and I cannot reach you,and you have NOT attempted to contact me, the deposit will be forfeited and the rabbit will be placed back up for sale. 

Babies will not leave the rabbitry before 8 weeks of age.

 NOT ALL RABBITS BORN AT THE RABBITRY WILL BECOME AVAILABLE FOR SALE. 

The remaining balance for your bunny is due at the time of pickup in cash only,  please bring exact change, as I usually do not have cash on hand to make change for you!

All rabbits are sold in good health and with no undisclosed issues to the best of my knowledge at the time of purchase.   You are responsible for fully checking over the  rabbit/s that you purchase, to determine that it is in good health, before you leave the rabbitry with the rabbit/s.  No refunds will be given after the rabbit(s) leave the rabbitry.

(If you would like a vet check before taking your bunny home, there are several vets within a few blocks of my location and I will take the rabbit there with you if you want it checked. However, vet charges will be your responsibility wether or not you take the rabbit)

Once your bring your bunny home, I will not be held responsible for illness or death of the rabbit. 

All rabbits are sent home with transition feed and it is important that you follow all verbal/written instructions given, as rabbits are sensitive animals.

 No representations will be made by myself or anyone representing me in regards to the breed standard in relation to any given rabbit.  No refunds will be given once the rabbit leaves the rabbitry.

 I cannot guarantee the gender of any rabbit under the age of six months. Sexing under 6 months can be attempted but is not a guarantee.

 You may contact me with questions  about your new bunny at any time during the life of the rabbit.  If at anytime during the life of your rabbit, you are no longer able to keep him/her, I if i have room I will take them back, as long as they are not showing signs of infectious disease and have not contracted any disease to the best of your knowledge.  However,No refunds will be given for bunnies who are brought back to the rabbitry.

*ON HOLD- Somebody has expressed interest in purchasing the rabbit and we are awaiting a deposit from them.

**ON DEPOSIT- We have received a deposit on the rabbit and are awaiting pickup and final payment.

***SOLD- Payment has been received in full and the rabbit is being/has been picked up.

By purchasing and taking the rabbit into your custody you are giving a non verbal consent that you have read all the above statements and are in compliance with said statements. And that I ( Nikki owner of Work of Art Rabbitry)will not be held liable for any death of a rabbit you take into your custody and will not be held liable for keeping a deposit when rabbit is not picked up at 8 weeks when no written (email or paper) change has been made to pick up date.
